TERMS

Booking becomes effective only after a down payment of 30% of the total stay amount, through bank transfer or PayPal.
The balance will be paid during the check-in.

Special prices, previously planned with the client, are applied for 4+ days stay.

Tourist tax, 1.00€ per person per night up to a maximum of four nights, is to be paid cash.
People exempt from the tourist tax are children under 12, people (max 2) who assist hospitalized people, patients who need hospital treatment, University of Florence students.

Check-in: 16:00-19:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am
Anyhow, we agree on prices with our guests so to meet, as much as possible, their needs.
